The management system policy of MARCA takes into account all the necessary activities to ensure that, throughout the different processes, the requirements demanded by customers and legislation regarding quality, environment, and workplace safety are met.

All products marketed by our organization are approved according to the corresponding legal regulations, as well as the strict internal requirements set by our Quality Management System.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS

At Marca, we firmly believe in environmental preservation and sustainable development as part of our corporate responsibility. That is why we continuously strive to adapt our business activities and facilities to be more environmentally friendly.

Both our warehouses and offices are being equipped with LED lighting to reduce energy consumption.

We are promoting digital communication tools for online communication, order reception, incident processing, invoicing, etc., in order to improve customer service efficiency while reducing paper consumption and waste.

Many of our internal processes have also migrated to a digital environment, such as human resources management, intranet with instant messaging, work boards, etc.

To achieve more successful environmental goals, we are working on the Environmental Quality Management System, monitoring consumption indicators (water, electricity, cardboard, paper) and waste (plastic, cardboard, paper). We have set objectives to reduce electricity consumption and minimize waste generated by the packaging of our products.
