A lo largo de este per\u00edodo se pondr\u00e1n en valor los&nbsp;<strong>beneficios que suponen para las empresas la puesta en marcha de pol\u00edticas y estrategias de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong>. La mejora del bienestar laboral, la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral y la inversi\u00f3n en la captaci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de talento son algunas de las acciones derivadas de la promoci\u00f3n de la diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n en las compa\u00f1\u00edas.
